How we use it

We use this information to operate the marketplace, connect customers with providers, support bookings and communication, prevent misuse, and improve Rolodexer.

Who can see it

Providers see the information needed to evaluate a matching project. Exact project addresses are kept private until a booking is confirmed. Messages are shared only with participants in the booking and authorized operations staff.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete your account information by sending feedback through the site. We may retain records when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
