Marketplace role

Rolodexer helps customers and independent providers connect. Providers are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Rolodexer. Customers and providers are responsible for the work they agree to perform.

Accounts and content

Provide accurate information, protect your account, and use the marketplace only for lawful service-related activity. Do not post misleading projects, quotes, reviews, or messages.

Bookings and reviews

A booking is created when a customer accepts a provider quote. Reviews are available only after a completed booking and should reflect the actual experience.

Safety and disputes

Use good judgment when arranging work. Contact local emergency services for urgent safety concerns. We may restrict accounts or remove content that violates these terms or creates risk for others.

Changes

We may update these terms as Rolodexer develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
